In addition, we have more than 500 production lines in Malaysia. The group has a multinational workforce with about 9,000 people. To date, we have introduced a fully automated first grade production line. This allows manufacturing sequences with entirely different process steps to be completed in a fully automated fashion. This kind of flexibility delivers a host of benefits: facilitating shorter lead times and a tighter link between supply and demand, accelerating new product introduction, and simplifying the manufacture of highly customized products.
