Freezing does not make food unhealthy. It depends completely upon the nutritional content of the food that gets frozen.
Freezing is the most natural way of preserving food, so frozen food does not rely on unhealthy artificial preservatives that non-frozen food products often need to keep shelf-stable. Kim Yam products are free from such artificial preservatives, as well as artificial colourings and flavourings.
Frozen food is nutritionally more reliable than fresh as freezing prevents vitamins and minerals from being lost during the transportation process. Also, freezing stops the microbiological activities in which bacteria is not able to grow under the low temperature.
